- No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security.
- Respect rate limits and service integrity.
Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing page and any order forms. Taxes may apply. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account.
Ownership
We retain all rights to the Service. You retain rights to your data and content routed through the Service, subject to necessary processing for operation.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
